There are cases where it is not necessary to look for complicated solutions, but of course it is not entirely easy to prepare a shared experience for 500 event participants. When it comes to team spirit programs, we like to head out of the city to friendly locations between Prague and Brno or to our own facilities by Lake Mácha, in the Bohemian Paradise, or in the Lusatian Mountains.A sample team spirit might look like this: we can meet in the morning at the Křížky guesthouse, which you can find on the banks of the Jizera River and near the Greenway Jizera cycling path. The day begins with a small coffee break, which includes a homemade cake from the manager. After check-in, we will introduce you to the program and provide you with scooters, which will comfortably take you to the Yellow Swimming Area at Malá Skála.It will be just yours for this day.The complex also includes a rope center, so we'll get our blood flowing a bit and pump some adrenaline into our veins before lunch. After lunch, we will prepare canoes for you with professional instructors who will teach you how to keep the boat straight and navigate the rapids. The following is a rafting trip lasting approximately 3 hours, during which you will stop for refreshments at the Křížky guesthouse, where you are staying. You can comfortably return from the destination by train, it's one stop. The nicer and recommended option is to ride scooters and comfortably return to the guesthouse on flat ground within 30 minutes.Throughout your stay, you will be accompanied by our professional instructors who will be in contact with the staff of the Penzion in Křížky.The chef will adjust the moment of placing the first pork neck on the grill to your current location, you will arrive at the guesthouse and the grill will already be smelling. The day doesn't end with dinner; we have unconventional evening programs up our sleeve. Since they are unconventional, they don't belong on the website, but we would be happy to present them to you in a personal meeting or during a tour of our venue or one of your choice.Team spirit does not end with your departure.Of course, we will provide you with the processed photos from the event and prepare a short video.
