We are looking for a partner or a partner who will become the face of our services and help guests plan the best day in the Czech Paradise in the SUNDISK family network of establishments.The first impression is important to us – and you will be the one to create it.What will you be doing with us?
* Working with the reservation system
From boats to bikes to accommodation.You will have an overview of reservations and operations.
* Communicate with guests
By phone and in person.Handling inquiries, modifying reservations, and assisting with activity planning. * Serve clients at the operation
* Rent sports equipment, sell souvenirs, and provide information about the area.You will be the one the guests turn to when they are unsure.
What do we expect from you?
* Age 18+ (due to material responsibility)
* Communicative knowledge of English
* Pleasant and professional demeanor
* Independence and reliability
* Flexibility (shifts on weekdays and weekends)
* Experience is an advantage – knowledge of geography, working with systems, or experience with clients is a plus.If not, we are happy to teach you everything.What do we offer?
